Digital Content Specialist

Job brief

We are looking for a driven Digital Content Specialist to manage all day-to-day development, execution and management of various clients’ web assets and ongoing promotion and maintenance of our current portfolio of client and proprietary websites, blogs and other platforms. The Digital Content Specialist will serve as a full time community manager for 2-4 brands, including monitoring all social properties, creating unique, engaging content and participating on social media on behalf of the brands. This includes reviewing and preparing content and coordinating production deadlines for social media marketing efforts. The Digital Content Specialist must have strong creative and professional writing skills and will work with the Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to brainstorm and create social initiatives to grow the assigned communities.



  • Manage clients’ social media platforms and other web assets
  • Help develop content and digital marketing ideas and recommendations, potentially involving engaging new content sections, social media, video, email marketing, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research to help build strategic, forward thinking keyword strategies for client websites.

  • Measure and optimize content based on analytics

  • Research and write marketing-focused content for clients across a variety of industries
  • Help promote content by building contact lists, conducting media research and supporting goals to develop relationships with other digital content publishers
  • Write news articles, press releases, and articles, and assisting with larger content production pieces
  • Help drive the social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube) with regular status updates, conversation monitoring, influencer research and account analytics and reporting.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited University
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably focused on organic search, web content development, copywriting and/or content marketing. Recent grads with relevant internship experience welcome to apply.
  • Experience with analytics and written communication
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

Creative Digital Designer

Job Brief


To support our digital marketing team in excellence delivery we require a digital rock star who loves designing for the digital space and leverages the visual expression of digital typography and user experience. The successful candidate will not only be able to demonstrate creative front-end design and build, but also show a passion to integrate this talent into all aspect of the role and projects that they are involved in. You will be responsible for creating the innovative and eye catching visuals and collateral materials for web, social media and mobile, ensuring the brand and visual identity of our clients are continually recognised and exploring new visual avenues to promote their products and services across a variety of digital marketing channels. Working individually and as part of the wider marketing team, your proven design skills and creative flair will be fully utilised and you will create and produce designs to the high in-house company standards and clients’ corporate guidelines.



  • Responding quickly to the client requirements – helping to visually translate components of the clients’ digital plan into a cohesive graphic design story across a multitude of visual touch points that are both customer and employee facing.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing of elegant and functional landing page layouts, banners, email templates, social media visuals and assorted digital collateral across a full spectrum of projects and products.
  • Responsible for working directly with clients and partners (mainly located but not limited to Bulgaria and the UK) helping them visually translate/support projects and programs into attractive/exceptional user friendly functional graphical solutions.
  • Liaise with external third parties as required to ensure accurate and high quality production of materials (e.g. printers, exhibition houses, agencies, developers, AV production etc.)
  • Maintain passion and up-to-date skill set tracking with the latest design and tool set trends.



  • You will ideally have a design degree or equivalent.
  • Excellence in working with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Confidence with Adobe InDesign, Flash and Fireworks, Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint and related software.
  • Experience in html, css, responsive web design, motion graphics and digital art knowledge would be highly advantageous.
  • A good working knowledge of responsive email template coding or WYSIWYG editing.
